Football: Chandler vs. Pinnacle

The big question is will there be a change at the top?

No. 1 vs. No. 2 this week as Chandler plays at Mountain Pointe on Thursday.

Good stuff.

Kept Hamilton at No. 3 despite hanging on to beat Red Mountain at home. The Mountain Lions probably should have won. The Huskies found a way to win.

Red Mountain moves into the 6A top 10 despite being 0-2 after playing Chandler and Hamilton close for six of the eight quarters.

Still debating whether or not Brophy or Skyline should be the fourth best team in 6A. Haven't seen either team but that changes this week.

Mesquite and Campo Verde are making an impression in 5A, while Higley has the task of hosting nationally-ranked Saguaro in the top 4A clash of the week.
