Arizona State University’s clear bag policy will be in effect for all fans planning to attend any of the three Arizona Interscholastic Association football championship games taking place at Sun Devil Stadium this weekend.
The AIA said in a press release Tuesday morning all fans planning to attend must adhere to the clear bag policy to enter the stadium. Additionally, the AIA is asking fans to exit off the Loop 202 from the north in order to arrive at the stadium.
An arts festival hosted by the City of Tempe on Mill Avenue will present difficult traffic conditions around the stadium in other directions.
Additionally, parking for football fans will be limited to the north and northeast side of the stadium. Due to Arizona State basketball games taking place both Friday and Saturday nights, the university will be closing the lots on the east side of the stadium along with all lots and parking garages on the east side of Packard Drive. Additional parking will be made available on the north side of Rio Salado Parkway.
A mandatory fee of $10 per vehicle will be charged upon arrival to the lots. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Fans unable to attend any of the three championship games at Arizona State or the other two games on Friday night can purchase a 30-day subscription to the NFHS Network for $10.99, where all games will be available via live stream.
