Chandler is hosting a June 8 conference to educate entrepreneurs on how to attract investors for their tech businesses. The “Becoming an Investor Entrepreneur” capital conference is geared toward tech startups and is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Chandler City Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago St.
The free conference is hosted by the Small Business Development Center and was developed with input from experienced entrepreneurs, angel investors and venture capitalists who will provide an insider’s look into the world of equity funding. The program will cover the equity funding “food chain,” what investors look for and expect, making a company investor-ready, assessing readiness at each business milestone and testimonies from entrepreneurs and investors.
