The Gilbert Police Department is hosting a free child identification clinic for children 3 years and older on Tuesday.

The clinic, which will last from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 to 5 p.m., will be at the Super Target store, 3931 S. Gilbert Road.

Each child will be provided with a laminated photo ID card and a CD with photo, digital fingerprints, video, voice recording and child safety tips.

Registration is required by calling (480) 635-7520 or (480) 635-7522.

If ever needed, the information could be submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
