Seven students at Chandler’s Seton Catholic Preparatory High School recently earned Advanced Placement Scholar Awards from the College Board in recognition of exceptional achievement on AP exams.

Amanda Prahl, a 2011 graduate, for the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more exams.

Gunnar Gleisner, a senior this year, qualified for the AP Scholar with Honor award by earning an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more.

Five students qualified for the AP Scholar Award by completing three or more AP exams with scores of 3 or higher. They are 2011 graduates Aaron Evans, Matthew Hartenbower, Kevin Johnson and Mariam Polo-Petros and Katherine Walters, a member of the class of 2012.
