The pages of U.S. history books come to life in Jeremy Jones’ engaging classes at Red Mountain High in Mesa. 

Students gain an understanding of the founding fathers and principles of our country in a way that holds their attention and enhances their retention of information, thus giving them perspective for today’s world.

Jones – educated at Eastern Arizona College, Brigham Young University (bachelor’s degree) and Arizona State (masters) – has an extensive history of his own in the East Valley. He taught at Sunset Ridge Junior High, SHARP, Hendrix and Stapley junior highs and Skyline High before coming to Red Mountain. 

In addition, he has coached basketball, tennis, track and field and volleyball and coordinated intramural sports programs at various levels.
