Midwest Food Bank, NFP
725 E. Baseline Road
Midwest Food Bank, a faith-based organization, aims to alleviate hunger and malnutrition both locally and all over the world.
Since its founding by the Kieser family out of a barn on their farm in 2003, Midwest Food Bank has grown exponentially — thanks to many generous donations and the help of countless volunteers.
In 2018 alone, more than 3.8 million people were impacted by Midwest Food Bank. The organization picks up food donations from all across the country and distributes them to people in need, including those impacted by natural disasters. In fact — Gilbert’s very own Midwest Food Bank is currently involved in providing relief to victims of the fires in California.
