Michael Delatorre is starting his 22nd year in education – a career that began as a social studies teacher at Chandler High. The son of two teachers, he recalls being “always around schools growing up.” “I witnessed the power of positive infl uences on young people that educators had. It made me want to be a part of the traditions, experiences, and relationships that are built during students’ high school years,” he said. And the best part of his job is “the relationships I am able to make.” “I appreciate the people I work with in making the best possible experience for all students at HHS.”
