HASHKITCHEN

Executive Chef Joey Maggiore and his dad Tomaso Maggiore conceptualized this creative brunchery, featuring a buildyour-own Bloody Mary bar that complements an array of creative fare to start the day – whether at sunrise or at about noon. Think Cannoli Donuts, fried to order with sweet dough, sweet cannoli cream and powdered sugar. Eighteen bucks gets you Hangover Filet Hash, with pepper encrusted, pan-roasted fi let, jalapeño, corn bread and potato; or Lobster Hash, with butter-poached Norway lobster and sweet potato.
