Mark, you state that the billboards will be where the telescopes aren't.
The problem with that is that light pollution from the cities affects the skies for hundreds of miles around.
The super sensitive telescopes can be interferred with by light from several hundred miles away.
But why should we care about telescopes which enable us to learn more about our Universe?
This is Businesszona where education is the last thing to be considered.
NOTHING is allowed to interfere with profits.
