Alexa Jimenez had 13 kills 15 digs and four blocks to lead host Apache Junction past Skyline 25-15, 25-20, 25-22 on Tuesday night. Carly Reid added 21 digs for the Prospectors and Erin Herbert had three kills and a block.
Janel Brinkman had 18 kills and a block as visiting Tempe Prep beat Valley Christian 27-25, 19-25, 17-25, 25-20, 17-15. Marissa Rich added 13 kills and five blocks for the Knights.
