Down by four in the fourth quarter, Carl Hayden scored 21 unanswered points, capped by a 45-yard interception return for a touchdown by Anadou Gueye that gave the Falcons a come-from-behind road victory over Coronado at Desert Ridge High School.

Led by James Cartwright's three touchdown runs, including two in the fourth quarter, Carl Hayden rushed 46 times for 313 yards, 54 yards more than the Dons had rushing and passing combined.

Coronado was the on running wild in the first quarter, jumping out to a 21-6 lead behind runs of 30 and 60-yards by Christian Delaney.

The Falcons (1-4) fought back in the second, scoring touchdowns on a 26-yard touchdown catch from Victor Gomez and a 70-yard touchdown run by Gueye, his second of the half.

The Dons' Anthone Crespin caught his second touchdown of the night late in the fourth but it wasn't enough as Coronado dropped to 1-3 with the loss.
