Williams Field topped section leading Saguaro with their 2nd walk off win in the past 2 days. Quackenbush tossed another CG gem for the Black Hawks, while Eigsti tossed a solid 6 1/3 innings for the Sabercats. Chris Kobar had the only multi hit game on the day, while Adams for Saguaro hit the lone dinger over WFs short porch. With the score tied up entering the 7th, a lead off walk by Whillock, followed by a failed sac bunt then another walk by pinch hitter Lamb put runners on 1st and 2nd with 1 out for Parker Behrmann. Behrmann laced an opposite field double over the Left fielders head to score pinch runner Layton for the walk off. Saguaro was errorless on the day proving they still belong at the top of the division. Saguaro, Campo Verde, and Williams Field remain with 1 loss a piece as they all shoot for a section championship. In other news, this victory for Williams Field marks the programs 100th Varsity win in their short history.
