That is the amount of wins the Bears have over Blue Ridge. After winning the 3A title last year but losing to Blue Ridge in the regular season, this group of Bears know their careers won’t be fulfilled until they get a win over their rivals from the White Mountains.
Blue Ridge looked impressive on defense last week in its 25-6 win over Fountain Hills, but the Yellowjackets will need to be every bit as good this week to catch the Bears’ speedy duo of T.J. White and Jesse Wheeler.
Coolidge’s defense knows it must focus on Frank Parkinson, who accounted for 157 yards in Blue Ridge’s win.
