Address: 4703 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix; Records: Glendale 7-4; Arcadia 11-0; Gametime: 7:00 p.m.

Outlook:

Coach Jim Bevell loves the passing game, but he has adapted well to his personnel and established the best running game in the state in 4A-II. Still, after winning most of their games by blowouts, in the last month the Titans have been pushed. That may not be the case tonight.

Glendale has, at times, been vulnerable against the run. That plays right into the Titans’ hands. Offensively, if the Cardinals are clicking, they can score quickly.

“They’ve got some good running backs and a good receiver,” Arcadia coach Jim Bevell said. “They run in multiple sets and can cause problems.”

Arcadia is healthy, meaning star running back Chip Sivak can get plenty of breathers. That could be a problem for Glendale as Bevell will make sure he always has a fresh running back in the game.

The Titans will try to come up with their usual long, sustained drives so when the defense is on the field, it will be well rested.
