The Rams need to get off to a better start this season. A 32-6 loss to Hayden last season was the beginning of an 0-4 start and the Rams were playing uphill the rest of the season.
Hayden graduated just four seniors from a state playoff team a year ago and the Lobos have their sights set on winning the 2A Central Region.
It’ll be the first night as a head coach for Maricopa’s Tyler Brandt and if he and his new team can limit mistakes, they should be right in the middle of this contest. A strong showing will do wonders for the Rams’ confidence.
