Though the match score does not reflect this, Desert Ridge has some solid young players and will continue to improve over the course of this season and in years to come. With that said, on this day Basha ruled its home tennis courts. Early on some of our players had to shake off some rust from Spring Break and not having a match since March 13th, but every Basha player finished strong and earned a victory in singles and doubles. The most dominating performance of the day was turned in by Varsity #3, Katelynd Lesueur. Katie won her singles match 6-0, 6-1 and then proceeded to romp in doubles with her partner Rahgan Jensen, winning 8-0.
