Outlook: Much the same as these teams’ last meeting. Brophy got back on track against Mountain Ridge last week, putting up points early, and, if not for a couple turnovers, could have scored more. Quarterback Bryan Berens was sharp again, especially throwing the deep ball.

Salpointe is undefeated and hasn’t been challenged deep into games yet this year. That’ll change this week. This should make for a quarterback showcase in Berens and Tucson’s Max Fritz, who’s hit on 71 percent of his passes with no interceptions in three games.

Address: 1502 W. Thomas Road (Phoenix College)

Records: Salpointe 3-0; Brophy 2-1

Last year’s meeting: Brophy 30, Salpointe 13
