Here is an educational fact apparently lost on this woman and the rest of her flock of Sheeple:
Every single firearm is manufactured with the ability to kill.
The moniker "assault weapon" is an entirely artificial political construct. EVERY weapon, regardless of design, can be used to "assault" someone. In fact, any item on the face of the earth can be considered an assault weapon, if the user has the intention or propensity of inflicting injury.
It would go a long way towards explaining Mike's use of a keyboard.1 month ago
"I don't know which is worst, the election of these clowns or the belief that they would serve the will of the voters."
What is worse is believing the AEA has any concern for the educational outcome of children in Arizona. The AEA cares about teachers, administrators and the bloated system that continues to reward their inefficiency with our money.
The State has been throwing money down the public education rat-hole for decades and student aptitude and scores remain stagnant. When there is no consequence for poor performance, there is little incentive for performing at all.1 month ago
Perhaps Mr. Scarp has forgotten that Sparky is THE public persona used to mingle with the fans, kids and crowds at events. The University sends Sparky out to press the flesh in return for continuing patronage and support. Without that $upport, there is no Sparky, no athletics and no "new american university" or whatever moniker Commandante Crowe wants to use to festoon his feathered crown.
No one wanted a new mascot design. No one asked for new mascot design. No one voted for a new mascot design.
Although I bet we could muster a couple thousand votes to send Mr. Scarp to a real day job.2 months ago
$5.50 for a bunch of salad in a "wrap"?

p.s. since when is the word "s-c-r-e-w-e-d" a form of profanity?
Seriously? You people must have been a raised in a bubble.3 months ago
Silly me. I thought "streets" are intended for v-e-h-i-c-l-e-s. Now that they've messed-up Main Street with the trolley, you can be fairly certain it has lost more than half its original intended use.
Citizen input? I suggest they review the comments attached to some of the articles on this website to gauge the value of asking people to comment on matters in which they have no substantive basis to evaluate.3 months ago
Useless input, ralphie boy. It's just a dumb idea and example of what happens when a mans ego is writing checks his intelligence can't cash.3 months ago
Nice try, Ralphie-poo. Most of the documented fraud in elections is conducted by leftist groups. Did you actually have a valid point to make here or did your mom just leave her laptop open when she went to bed?3 months ago
Actually, Az wet-willie, it was an abundance of Democratic officials who brought about the initial reduced standards for housing qualification. Remember when Jesse Jackson and others threatened to sue lenders, followed the Clinton DOJ (led by Manet Reno) unless the loosened lending standards to include just about anyone?
Those enforcements led the the derivative bubble, which led to a large part of the fiscal collapse (which everyone likes to blame on GWB).
Now the Democrats are back at it again.
The only thing subjective about the history of the credit collapse is the POV of the liberals.3 months ago
