Republican presidential prospect Rick Santorum has an ax to grind with the way the Obama administration handled the automotive bailout, Automotive News reports. The previous Pennsylvania senator told a Detroit, Mich., audience that he wouldn't have floated taxpayer money to GM Co. and Chrysler Group LLC because he thinks that “too large to fail” means they were large enough to help themselves.
