We need federal E-Verify or state by state E-Verify:
Dave Camp, (R) the Chairman of the powerful Ways and Means Committee, is refusing to release his hold on the 50-state E-Verify bill. His committee has jurisdiction over identity theft. He is unwilling to allow the E-Verify bill to stop illegal aliens from stealing Social Security numbers to obtain U.S. jobs.
If you are really feeling energetic, why don't you put in a phone call to one of Mr. Camp's offices:

202-225-3561 Washington, DC (personal office)
202-224-3121 Washington, DC (Capitol switchboard)

Remember to vote against the politicians that support ILLEGAL residents over LEGAL ones.May 2, 2012
Busnesses across the nation are selling less, it's a bad economy, not E-Verify. E-verify is very acuarte and easy to use. It's a free govt. resource. It doesn't take a great deal of training and the task involved is simple. The employer basicaaly enters a social security number into the computer.
No citizen has ever lose a job or been fired because of E-Verify. Some citizens do sign their employment application with a name different than what the social security admin. has on file. Consequently, the employee isn't approved. This emplyee merely needs to clairify "HIS" error, so he can be hired.
We will not have an economic recovery with almost 10% unemployment. The faster businesses work to emply legal immigrants and citizens (not illegals), the faster the economy recovers.Sep 16, 2011

It's unfortunate that local police officers enforcing motor vehicle laws, in order to keep us safe are called racists. Illegal residents of this country don't want our immigration laws or our local laws enforced.
Local police should patrol our highways where a high number of DUI and / or reckless accidents have occurred. Sometimes this is close to a drinking establishment. When residents violate a motor vehicle law, it's not racial profiling to be stopped and asked for your driver's license and insurance card.
When a resident lack s driver's license or other form of legal U.S. identification; he should be briefly detained and identified. His finger prints should sent to the FBI and ICE. This resident could be a serious criminal.
As for violations of our immigration law, all illegal residents should be deported, not merely the serious criminals.
Enforcement should be equal and fair. Ask everyone for a driver's license and insurance card. Detain and identify everyone without proper identification.
Deport everyone, regardless of race or nationality, if they are here illegally.
To refrain the police from enforcing our local laws against illegal residents, violates my constitutional right of "equal application" of the law.
