She was raised by her parents to make certain choices.
One of those choices was to drink, underage, and drive, out past curfew.
I will bet that her parents are just as irresponsible as she is, in their own personal lives.
A good parent places a very healthy dose of fear in their children to the point that they would never want to break the law, let alone hurt another human being, either accidentally or deliberately.
This is only a sign of the major entitlement issues that our youth are plagued with because WE AS PARENTS FAIL THEM at every turn, by buying their affection out of guilt for our own selfishness.

As a person who is affiliated with several victims of sex related crimes, I feel this website is a great idea.
Our founding fathers drafted a Constitution that would allow future amending for a reason. Thank God for that.
Studies show overwhelmingly that sex-offenders are almost ALWAYS repeat offenders, who will offend again.
Merely educating our children on the perversions of sex offenders is not enough to protect them from their evil influence, no matter how strong or stealth they may be.
We as citizens in this day and age unfortunately need all the tools we can get to help to protect ourselves and our children from the possibility of being yet another repeat offense!Sep 6, 2010
Is this really any surprise?
This immigration debate is being overly politicized across the country by many Hispanics (and others) as a bill of bigotry when it clearly is not!
Because of this race-card being played, you are naturally going to have the other side push back.
If Hispanics don't like it, then they need to stop this boycotting and frenzied nonsense and start accepting responsibility for many of their own who DO break our country's laws by entering illegally.
People need to STOP making this about Hispanics being mistreated or something, when they clearly are NOT!
This is about following a LAW.
Why is that so darn hard for some people to understand!
So, in other words it's more important to protect the rights of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS than of US CITIZENS???
Think about what you are saying. Don't believe the freaking hype!
