Oh, the stupid comments! Hi, I'm an anti-Mormon bigot that likes to spread lies and make stuff up. I love to comment on articles about the Mormon church so I can make up more stupid comments.7 months ago
Resident, it appears you have significant experience with your own arrogance and drivel. Get a life.7 months ago
These comments are just plain stupid. Ted edit takes his silliness to a new level of lies and distortions. Time to get a life people. 7 months ago
Good for her.
Unfortunately, she breathed in that smoke and got that bronchitis. Ain't nobody got time for that!8 months ago
Per the story, the Church first heard an allegation in 2009, in the same meeting as the victim and his parents. They didn't have proof of a crime, just an allegation. If the victim's parents, who were in the same meeting, didn't believe a crime was committed and contact the police, why would the religion be under a greater duty?
In 2010, when the Church heard more allegations, the police was contacted. What more do people want? Oh yeah, a lawyer who sues churches things otherwise. Surprise, surprise.Apr 11, 2011

If you or a loved one gets cancer, I wonder if you would deny treatments that were obtained through animal testing, which is nearly all cancer treatment. If you accept treatment (and I'm sure you would and I would pray you do) you have animal testing to thank. Jan 2, 2011
Shaynie, thanks for quoting the PETA BS. Before you rely on them, you should find out how many animals they euthanize every year.
Your argument that animal testing is performed for profit and sadistic purposes is naive and adolescent. Nearly every medical advancement was accomplished in part to animal testing. There are so many, it would be difficult to list one that wasn't tested on animals. You people would rather humans die of disease than a fluffy cute animal die in testing. Your priorities need attention. Humans are infinitely more valuable than animals. Any claim to the opposite is horribly misguided and likely driven with childish emotional feelings toward animals.
Btw, if you are against animal testing because animals shouldn't die, I wonder how many animals died for your purse, belt, shoes, couch, car seats, football, dinner, breakfast, etc. Oh that's right, those are cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, not cute little dogs and cats. Jan 2, 2011
What a horribly ignorant and selfish letter. Equating the deaths of dogs to humans. Unbelievable. It almost apprears that the author is not concerned with the death of a unborn child but is disgusted by the death of dogs. While I love animals, especially dogs, if the treatment of brain tumors is advanced by experiments on dogs, do it. That is worthwhile. Humans are more important than animals. Jan 1, 2011
This opinion was listed on the website as "latest news"? This isn't news.
It's time to end all discrimination. A person should be judged on the merits, not color of skin. If "dozens" of university programs end, fantastic. That should save a lot of money and tuition. Yes 107.Oct 28, 2010
