Uh, Mr. MyTush, you need to understand that bringing criminal charges requires a rather high burden of proof...ever hear of beyond reasonable doubt? While the Fiesta Bowl doings were reprehensible, unprofessional and down right wrong they did not rise to the level necessary to bring a criminal charge. And, yes, Mr. Montgomery's office IS working to get more clarity and teeth in the related statutes. That takes time and public support. Support state-wide candidates who agree that changes are necessary and they will happen. As to the Tom Horne civil complaint, same thing different bad actors. To make criminal charges stick there needs to be more provable evidence of a conspiracy. Thus bringing the civil complaint will at least likely lead to a heafty fine hitting Horne where it hurts him the most...his bank account. Rather than complain about what didn't happen how about giving credit to those trying to make a positive difference. Just sayin'8 months ago
