CONTINUED: It makes sense. Just like people with nice cars or trucks are a more likely target of thieves, so it is with being on the streets with a nice pair of boots. 5 months ago
This is a great example of how we have to be careful how we help others. Sometimes we mean well, but the best of intentions do not necessarily do the most good.

Shame on those who responsibility it is to protect us to pry from the POTUS and his administration the simple facts of why our dear brethren, who put their lives on the line of our freedoms and the Libyan's freedom, died when we were substantially forewarned that this would happen? Really?
But no shame on Rice who either intentionally gave us false information using allegedly changed talking points as an excuse - OR who was completely ill-informed on a major issue and thus in no position to be informing the nation of the facts and now looks like a complete dolt.
In either case, she is not worthy of the position she holds. Shame on the Prevaricator Of The United States and the State Department. 6 months ago
Any redistricting that bases decisions on political demographics or affiliations or anything political is to that same extent political, and is therefore gerrymandering regardless of good or evil intent.
We will be forever at the mercy of the personal political opinions of politicians and judges as to what political demographic that THEY think is good or bad when politics should have nothing to do with it.
Elbridge Gerry would be proud.
