• Much of the anxiety and frustration could be alleviated from the American people, if the politicians, who are supposed to protect us, ignored the financial pressure from the Special Interest entities and introduced the mandatory Picture ID complete with biometric information. They say it’s too expensive, which is utter “BS” when we spend hundreds of billions of dollars on multiple social programs, which are crammed tight with fraud and abuse. Our Social Security number is an antiquated identification document, never meant for personal identification. A BIOMETRIC DOCUMENT WITH A PERSONS THUMB PRINT, EYE SCAN could relief much of the fraud in our sovereign nation today? A good example would be the voting confusion, because unknown numbers of non citizens are voting and the great state of Arizona has seen through these circumstances and ready to fight for their rights. Citizen voters and our system of elections, must not to be compromised by any non citizens cheating and committing perjury. ID theft has become an epidemic in the United States, and was involved with the 9/11 killers who had stolen ID and a new type of documentation essential for every American to deem it important. Only people with a shady past, illegal aliens and other profit minded people see a federal ID card as an encumbrance to their plans. It makes no sense to say a nationwide biometric laminated card is too expensive at $2.billion dollars, when the states are being drained of $113 billion dollars plus a year for illegal alien families, that is not counting federal cash. An ID card would ensure no illegal alien would get a job, or welfare, or any other benefits with a stolen SSN or driver’s license. An official ID card is almost a 100 percent faultless recognition, cross checked with a mandated data base that could be used for all manner of proof of who you are? Why the goons in Washington are dismissing such a simple enforcement tool is beyond my understanding, but then why is it not a Felony to enter America without inspection? Does this gang of eight have investments in companies that supposedly secure our credit cards or run these anti theft businesses that guard our personal information? The ID heist is not going away and don’t think your invulnerable to this theft, which incidentally caught me by surprise. I only got ripped off for $3600 dollars, so I thank my lucky stars. This Arizona court case and all other states caught up in this situation, deciding its imperative for people to show proof of citizenship before voting are in a fighting mood, led by Jan Brewer the governor. Should the Supreme Court rule against this, than every American citizen should demand from their Congressional representative the implementation of a biometric card for every American? • You cannot just construct the initial double or triple layer fence as determined under the 2006 Secure Fence Act signed into law by former President Bush. Because it is assumed that somewhere between 40 to 46 percent of people on business trips, visitors and on educational visas overstays don’t return to their home country. As efficient as the 2006 secure fence act would be, some new concept should be used to track overstays. In other countries including Mexico they know whether you have left, once the dated visa runs out. But we only have to study Immigration policies here, to recognize how lapse they are; intentionally voted that way or not? Entering another foreign nation such as Mexico is a Felony, but not here? For first time offenders it’s a loose rap on the hand and deportation and that’s if you can catch them at the border? Entering this sovereign country without permission is a simple civil infraction; nothing to deter anybody there? It just encourages more to pour in, which is what big businesses demand. From the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control (IRCA) that was one monolithic travesty, because the laws in place were never enforced. In the last few weeks President Obama and his incredulous Liberal Socialist have found the “Sequester” a good excuse to release unknown numbers of illegal aliens back in the American job market. America has the most generous immigration system in the world, admitting one million legal immigrants every year. There is a right way and a wrong way to enter our country. The right way is to play by the rules and wait your turn, not cut in front of the line and ignore the law. Better border and interior security will benefit American taxpayers and workers and make our communities safer. But even if the border itself is secure, that doesn't mean that individuals won't continue to gain legal entry and remain in the country illegally. That happens when those on student, visitor or business visas don't return home after their short-term visa has expired. They account for 40% of all illegal immigrants, more than four million people. Border security must go hand-in-hand with interior enforcement. Congress can take numerous actions to reduce illegal immigration at the border and inside the country. Some of these merely require that the government enforce existing law: Require employers to only hire legal workers. This will reduce the magnet of the easy availability of jobs that entices many to enter illegally. And it will reduce the competition for scarce jobs that hurts legal workers. More than 425,000 employers have signed up voluntarily for E-Verify that ensure that prospective hires are legally authorized to work in the U.S. And 99.5% of legal workers are confirmed immediately. (Gathering dust in Congress is the LEGAL WORKFORCE LAW, H.R. 2885) Increase work-site investigations by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to make sure employers are hiring legal workers. This will protect jobs for unemployed or underemployed Americans. Unfortunately, work-site enforcement is down 70% under the Obama administration. Implement an entry-exit system using biometrics (such as fingerprints) to identify those who entered on a temporary visa and overstayed their visit. They comprise almost half of all illegal immigrants. This administration has ignored the law requiring them to set up this system. Increase border resources and personnel so that fewer illegal immigrants will enter undetected. For every person apprehended today, others escape notice. The Government Accountability Office has determined that only 6.5% of the southern border is under "full control" of the Border Patrol. Refuse to issue visas to residents of countries that won't allow their citizens to be returned home after they have committed crimes in the U.S. Many of these individuals are now released back into our communities where they often commit additional crimes. Expand the Secure Communities program, which identifies illegal immigrants who have been arrested for crimes. These offenders should be detained and then sent home, not released. The Obama administration allows some cities to ignore this law. Stop giving automatic citizenship to children (BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP BILL, H.R. 140) born to illegal immigrant parents, which represents about 10% of all births in the U.S. today. At least one parent should be in the country legally. Automatic citizenship rewards illegal parents and often tempts them to enter the U.S. just to give birth. Even if Congress enacts all these provisions, which still doesn't guarantee they will be implemented. All laws are useless unless they are enforced. And it's the president who can choose to enforce or not enforce laws, as we have seen many times. Regardless of what initiatives are taken or what legislation is enacted, the flow of illegal immigrants will never stop. Some foreigners will not want to wait in line, others will take their chances and work illegally, and others will risk using fraudulent documents. What's more, if current legislative proposals to legalize millions of illegal immigrants are approved, amnesty advocates threaten to file lawsuits delaying enforcement provisions. So the enforcement measures will be tied up in court, but the amnesty provisions will go into effect immediately. The result is amnesty but no enforcement of border security. And as we've learned, amnesty without enforcement only leads to more illegal immigration. Amnesty advocates promise that they'll secure the border and enforce our laws once they get what they want -- legalization of those in the country illegally. We've heard those promises in the past -- and they were never kept. We should not reward those who have broken our laws with amnesty. • The Mandatory Nationwide E-Verify program and other essential immigration laws. The E-Verify pilot computer program was introduced in 1997, but has only been on a volunteer basis. It is now proven to detect illegal alien workforce, specifically as it is continually upgraded adding new tools, including the usage of Drivers License Records. This is probably is one of the most important potential mandatory laws other than THE BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP BILL, that will prevent illegal alien children smuggled into the United States gaining automatic citizens. It has billions of dollars in costs in free education, free health care, cash payments and other citizen benefits. Whether people find access across the border illegally, or the other 46 percent who stay after arriving here on a flight the revenue spent to cater to them all, would save hundreds of billions in senseless spending annually. It must be voted on immediately, but instead is hidden away by Senator Harry Reid of Nevada so it cannot reach a reading. The Birthright Citizenship bill needs to be amended, so only children whose parent is a U.S. citizen can collect this great incentive. E-Verify which is a mandatory provision of THE LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT should also voted on without reservation, and also immediately before any new Amnesties are voted on in Congress. If there is a mismatch with documents to identify the worker, E-Verify alerts the employer and the employee is allowed to work while he or she resolves the issue. With the future usage of E-Verify as it is, only affects new labor, not previous hires that may be unauthorized to work? This part of an upcoming law needs to encompass both every worker, new and old hires? Since its inception the corporate world, unions and Department of Commerce have repudiated its positive outcome on the job market, trying to overcome any possibility of it become a mandatory law. A new study conducted by Senior Quantitative Analyst Jason Arvelo with Bloomberg Government reports have found that there is evidence to support E-Verify has the ability to deter the hiring of unauthorized workers. The study evaluates the impact that state-passed E-Verify laws had on different industries within those states. The study came away with two key findings. First, State legislatures have experimented with E-Verify laws varying how fast they're rolled out and how strictly they're enforced. This study finds that strict penalties probably lead to higher compliance rates among employers. Second, the research suggests that E-Verify mandates, when rolled out to all employers, influence worker behavior. Soon after E-Verify laws were signed in Mississippi, Alabama and South Carolina, unauthorized workers in specific industries appeared to drop off employer payrolls. This prompted employers in many cases to fill positions with authorized workers. In Arizona, the Bloomberg study found a significant shift in the legal status of workers in apparel manufacturing, commercial bakeries, and taxi and limousine service. In South Carolina, Bloomberg found evidence of shifts in the legal status of workers in crop production, commercial bakeries, and special food service. Eventually all legislators will have to decide what to do about the border fence? Not the well publicized sectors with large populations on either side of the Southern border, which have been cleverly grafted on the retina of journalists, investigative reporters and politicians eyes to illustrate a firm barrier. • Two Washington bills that guarantees bringing to a trickle the daily illegal alien invasion? 1. A nationwide E-Verify “THE LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT” that will forever stanch jobs being handed to illegal workers, as long as the penalties for employers are harsh and include prison time. 2. “THE BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP ACT” that will immediately stop the annual progression of smuggling unborn children into America, as no longer will that baby or babies be granted immediate citizenship, as at least one family member must be a U.S. citizen. These are the ONLY assurances that will not only start a self deportation of foreign nationals unlawfully settled here, but will end illegal immigration as we know it. Neither the Democrats backed by the hard core Liberal influence or even Republicans have kept these laws from being voted upon in Congress. The TEA PARTY of moderate Conservatives will force these two extremely major laws into the spotlight and insist that these laws have a chance of passage. Just the cost of educating children of illegal aliens is a phenomena amount of taxpayers’ money. Under another Obama 4 year administration is a promise to the 20 million plus illegal aliens a Path to Citizenship. So not only illegal aliens will be tempted to vote for the man, but many will and Democrats will intentionally stay oblivious. The cost according to the Heritage Foundation is well over TWO TRILLION DOLLARS to complete the process, which includes Social Security, Supplementary Social Security, retirement, pensions, health care, education and other different financial programs; much of it paid for by taxpayers. At a working age, American citizens begin paying for their retirement, having paid into these systems, but illegal migrants and immigrants in the majority have not? In fact they are even fraudulently using their children to collect 4.6 Billion dollars in child credits, which this government and probably the previous ones don’t think it’s worth prosecuting? From now and until the general election in November two groups that includes THE NATIONAL TEA PARTY and TRUE TO THE VOTE, will be monitoring organizations that has some affiliation to the ACORN group, other canvassers that was registering illegal voters, who were eventually caught and prosecuted in eleven states for election violations. ACORN since then has assumingly vanished, but has returned under entirely different names. In Addition individuals who knowingly vote in two States which is a felony, along with absentee ballot irregularities will be held accountable. Believe it the Democrats have asked some United Nations group, made up of European Observers to monitor our elections. Personally the UN is the last entity I would entertain in refereeing our voting system. They are just as corrupt as the two principle political parties. When I heard that Obama has given the UN approval of taxing America, for the financial interests of foreign nations, which really was a clincher for ultra socialist agenda’s. His other idea in agreement with the grand United Nations was sharing our deep sea water rights to other countries. Obama is a definite danger to America, with his nationalization health care system and sharing our resources with other countries. My advice is joining the TEA PARTY (THE PEOPLE’S PARTY) and voting in Mitt Romney, as you can observe from TEA PARTY POLITICIANS pushing out Republican incumbents in some states and are gaining in influence.

Better also be alert for Democratic Voter fraud now until November, because ACORN is NOT dead. The TEA PARTY (THE PEOPLE’S) PARTY should not be defined as just white people; they are not, they are millions of Americans of every nationality and skin color. My chapter has Hispanics, Black people, Asians from every walk of life. We are “The People “frustrated with the corruption in both parties. The Liberal oriented mainstream media have constantly lied about the agenda of the TEA PARTY. The TEA PARTY are moderate Constitutionalists, not the hard core Marxist-Communist-Socialists entrenched amongst the Democrats who want open borders and no laws to stop illegal migrants and immigrants from thrashing the U.S. taxpayers safety net. If you want higher taxes; higher gas prices at the pump; an archaic tax system that benefits the privileged in both parties; a ever growing federal government with rules and regulations that inhibit new business creation; and a president that is giving even more to the “freeloader” parasites that cohabit with the illegal alien invaders who are draining the state reservoirs of money. The 9th circuit court is run by a bunch of Liberal judges, who interpret the laws according to their plan, not to the edicts of the Constitution. If something isn’t done in the next presidency, America will be further overrun with –unfettered poverty. It’s still not a felony to cross illegally into this sovereign nation and as I see it and millions who are involved in the TEA PARTY, the laws have been ignored for years. Why should citizens or lawful immigrants with papers have to compete with illegal aliens? I just know America is in serious trouble with a 16 trillion dollar deficit, and no real enforcement to stop more human financial encumbrances entering through our borders or jetting in from a foreign country. It’s a real catch 22 situation with the winners being businesses using cheap labor, selling more TV and household appliances, food and a whole retinue of things needed to live. They go to the bank loaded down with their dollars, but the taxpayers must foot the bills for free health care, free children’s schooling to K-12, government housing and other special programs, while citizens-residents pay the immense bill. I am sure about is the plan of the TEA PARTY if they can eject many Democrats and Republican incumbents and replace them? It’s already happening and by replacing incumbents in the Republican Party can politically persist that the “LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT (E-VERIFY) and the BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP LAW” finds passage and enacted to restrain more illegal alien invaders. They bring their unborn babies here, to live as parasites of the U.S. taxpayer. The children of illegal aliens had no say in coming to America, but by the enactment of the BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP BILL, this incredulous expensive issue for taxpayers is solved.

• If we all agree that the financial horrendous costs of illegal immigration have exploded out of control, then the only true answer is to vote for as many representatives of TEA PARTY. Under a House of Representatives or Senate run completely by either the Republican or Democratic parties, nothing will ever change? It never has and never will? By bringing in Tea Party leadership, who are representatives of “The People of the United States”; not the special interests, unions, Wall Street, churches or majority radical organizations as ACLU, La Raza, we have alternate future for our families. I am not voting for Barack Obama, a disguised Socialist or directly for Mitt Romney as part of the elite? However, with no possible alternative I am voting for Romney, but concentrating that the more TEA PARTY candidates gain access by intelligent people voting them into the Congress. Not that the liberal-Socialist-Marxist editorial in the press, will inform you that the Tea is not just white people, but a whole conglomeration of people. Everybody now should know the financial penalty of illegal immigration? Just remember that any amnesty. The Presidents executive orders enact is just another giant magnet to draw even more illegal immigrants and migrants. They are very much aware by what they believe is the “promise land”, that the American taxpayer has absolutely no choice in paying for their entire needs, because the federal courts demand it. Whether its Obama’s Dream Act, Sanctuary Cities, Chain Migration or just plain old illegal immigrants dodging agents at the border or those arriving in America, as an intentional overstays; supposed visitor by plane or ferry. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano states it would be too costly to deport the underestimated 11 million illegal immigrant invaders? Nevertheless her agency stays tight-lipped about the rising 100 billion dollar plus figure, which is a forcibly extracted in taxes annually. There are very few issues that are not unrelated with these people who should never be here. However, it all goes back to the inattention of Democrats and Republicans who abused their oath of office, after the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform law with the original STATED PROMISE by the late Ted Kennedy “NO MORE AMNESTIES”. The bill found passage because of this PROMISE to the American people that no more amnesties? Let’s face it; has there ever been a PROMISE that hasn’t been broken by those in Washington? That’s why with the voting in more TEA PARTY Politicians, “The People’s Legislators have a much better chance at a filibuster to stop a vote on bad policy as that infernal mass amnesty. In the 1986 immigration law the Democrats refused to appropriate the money, so nothing was done? Now we have over 20 million + aliens settled here as unfettered illegally immigration demanding the same rights as citizens. The passage of the Dream Act was the consequences of decades of unrestrained females arriving from all over the world, to have their babies on the U.S. taxpayer’s dime. Then hundreds of billions of dollars from then on to pay for free health care, free education and free everything and now under Obama food stamps for all. But why even bother with any tough laws, when there is no real punishment? I am absolutely sure there was no intention from either party to stop cheap labor for Republicans, or illegal voting collections as the ACORN backed Democrats. If Obama wins a second term there is sure to be a comprehensive amnesty, with American taxpayers the losers, having even a larger hunk taken from the payroll check. And to be honest I am not even confident of the Republicans agenda, as that tends to flip-flop? This would then substantiate that both parties would never fully enforce immigration laws, whether going against the U.S. constitution by presidential authority as we saw with passage of the Dream Act. Since the 1986 Simpson/Mazzoli bill signed into law, everything has been compromised by a failure to fully fund the policies. This has been proven by systematic failure to make illegal entry a felony, the fact the real double layer fence doesn’t exist, that the instigators of Sanctuary city ordinances are not punished by ICE and that the Birth instant baby citizenship law hasn’t been amended in the name of saving taxpayers over $100 billion dollars annually. America has giant magnetism to people who are drawn here for public programs, that Obama czars have compromised welfare essentially drafted for citizens and lawful immigrants. These illegal entries that skirt our laws know more about our benefit laws than a good many U.S. citizens? • Honest people who stand for the voting rights of every American citizen are charged to be vigilant of illegal activity in each election precinct. Completely covered up by the majority of editorial staff in the national press, ‘Voter Fraud’ is happening and this can spotlighted by reading reports, articles on the Internet. Without being pretentious “Voter Fraud’ has been highlighted in such states as Florida, Colorado, Arkansas and now North Dakota, with many other states under scrutiny. Non citizens voting can be a major contention around the country and can be a serious issue in close races. Canvassing to register citizen voters has caused a major uproar, when organizations such as ACORN have signed up hundreds of thousands of individuals not qualified to vote. The Democrats are especially prevalent in ignoring election laws and have as usual evoked the race card, the poor and even saying this was Suppression of people voting. However the truth be known that these special classification of people, can qualify for a free picture ID card, which is not mentioned by the Socialist indoctrination. The TEA PARTY people will be out in force to insure that the election laws we do have are fully enforced. Even so without safeguards the absentee ballot is easily compromised. In blue states the laws are so lax, that it’s inevitable there will be a paramount move to overlook non citizens voting. I am an Independent, who originally was in the Democratic fold. In November I am not voting for Obama, but not particularly happy with Romney either. It’s certainly obvious to any prudent person, that the only reason organization such as the Communist founded ACLU, doesn’t want the right of law enforcement officers to check on a person’s immigration status, is that Arizona being a frontier state is flooded with illegal alien migrants. What is strange that wherever you drive or wander that if you are in violation of the law, the police are going to ask for identification proof anyway? I think that with this law in effect, hundreds of thousands of illegal entrants are going to be packing up their belongings and heading for Liberal-Socialist states as California, Nevada where the laws are certainly unenforced and police by city mandates cannot question suspicious persons. Legislators of both parties need to get off duffs; start issuing permit to drill for domestic oil, natural gas and reopen the coal mines that Obama’s czars have closed. President Obama is deep in the pockets of radical environmentalist, who are cutting us of regular fuels. You have seen the $4.00 rise of gas at the pumps, when 4 years ago it was just a $1.49. Shrink the mammoth burdensome U.S. government; closing many and merging agencies. Start from scratch a fair and equitable tax code; no more immunity for corporations and friends of politicians. Stop Obama from giving more power to the United Nations and international courts. Realize that America is heading towards insolvency, if we don’t get welfare programs under control, especially the (113 Billion annually and climbing) one hundred thirteen billion dollars going to subsidize illegal foreigners. Stop the spending and redistribution of welfare to illegal aliens, such as food stamps. The TEA PARTY will let free trade succeed, but will sanction countries as China who are manipulating their coinage and cheating us. Resist Obama’s plan of Obamacare and free programs that allow the freeloaders to live as parasites of their host, the taxpayer. We cannot trust the Democrats who remain deliberately unconcerned with non-citizens voting. Both parties refuse to enact mandatory E-Verify (H.R. 2885), to expel illegal aliens from businesses, and a Birthright Citizenship law (H.R. 140), that allows a projected 400.000 babies a year who gain citizenship, without a parent holding U.S. citizenship status. ONLY BY REPLACING THE SENATE AND HOUSE INCUMBENTS WITH HONEST, SINCERE AND ABOVE ALL ELSE TEA PARTY LEADERSHIP WITH BACKBONE, SUCH AS TED CRUZ OF TEXAS, RICHARD MOURDOCK OF INDIANA. • Everybody now should know the financial consequences of illegal immigration? Just remember that any amnesty this Presidents executive orders is just another giant magnet to draw my foreigners here, looking for a better quality of life or here to scam the American taxpayer. Whether it’s Obama’s Dream Act, Sanctuary cities, , voter fraud, Chain Migration or just plain old illegal immigrants dodging agents at the border or just arriving in America, as an intentional overstay supposed visitor by plane or ferry. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano states it would be too costly to deport the underestimated 11 million illegal immigrant invaders? Nevertheless her agency stays tight-lipped about the rising hundred billion dollar figure, which is a forcibly extracted tax annually. There are very few issues that are not unrelated with these people who should never be here. However, it all goes back to the inattention of Democrats and Republicans who abused their oath of office, after the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform law. The policies composing of the passage of this bill was dismissed, which was to do with stricter control of business hiring, and building a much sturdier fence. The Democrats refused to appropriate the money, so nothing was done? Now we have over 20 million aliens settled here illegally. But why even bother with any tough laws, when there is no real punishment?
