    I was reading an article in the Orange County Register, dated Oct 9, 2012, written by Walter E. Williams, that stated the migration out of California has been around 225,000 people a year for the last decade. I guess the high taxes, rules and regulations are starting to overwhelm the folks and they are leaving. Did you know that California has 1/8 of the U.S. population but 1/3 of the welfare. The article also stated that the top four states to receive these ex-Californians where Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Oregon.
