    Higley Village, a 44,484-square-foot mixed-use plaza at the southeast corner of Higley and Queen Creek roads was sold recently to Jorde Hacienda, Inc., a Queen Creek-based private investor. The property was purchased for $3.75 million from Meridian Bank, with the sale being completed by Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.
