    The voter-created First Things First program has started an Early Childhood Therapist Incentives Program to recruit nearly 200 medical practitioners to areas in need. Successful applicants receive a stipend and/or partial repayment of student loans in exchange for their agreement to serve in rural or underserved areas.

    Gilbert police announced Tuesday that they have arrested a massage therapist accused of sexually assaulting a female client. Lee Edward Wells Jr., 34, a masseur at Massage Envy at 865 N. Gilbert Road, has been booked into a Maricopa County jail on suspicion of sexual assault.
