Colin Turn of Oklahoma City reacts to the news that he and his wife will owe additional taxes this year after Vickie Eubanks, co-owner of Eubanks Tax Service in Del City, filed his state and federal tax returns Monday afternoon. Turn said he wasn't really surprised by the bad news. He said "it can always go either way." Turn said he waited until the last minute to file his taxes because he works two jobs and is "very busy." He admitted to being a procrastinator this year. Turn was among many last-minute taxpayers who wait until the final day to prepare their taxes to meet the midnight deadline on Monday, April 15, 2013.
