    The Arts Council for Youth and the Keeney Family of Tempe announced the Damon Russell Fawcett Memorial Music Scholarship will go to Andrew Sykes from Tempe’s McClintock High School. Sykes will attend this fall Auburn University in Alabama with plans to become a teacher and musician.
