Well the vast majority of these 1,372 waivers were granted to unions whose membership donated millions of dollars to the Democrat Party and Obama's presidential campaigns in 2008 and now in 2012. Just in the month of April, 2011, we've had 31 new exemptions for unions. Among them: The Unified Federation of Teachers; Teamster's Union Locals 60, 175, 505, 237, 35; Cement Mason's Local 32 Welfare Fund; Cement Masons Local 32 Welfare Fund; Laborer's District Council of Virginia Health/Welfare Fund; Pipe Fitters Local 597 Welfare Fund... all exempt.
