    PHILADELPHIA - First, it was deja vu all over again. And then it wasn't. It was simply se magnifique. Just as they did Sunday in Cleveland, the Suns shot the lights out in the first half of their 123-99 win over the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wachovia Center on Tuesday night, ringing up 60 points from all directions and reducing another home crowd to a respectful combination of mumbles and impressed whistles.
