    In a recent opinion about the Village concept, and what is happening in San Tan Valley, and then trying to compare in to Beacon Hill MA is so distorted it deserves a reply. There are several incorporated communites in Arizona that also have a village(s) concept operating within them and separate from the local government, Phoenix the largest city in Arizona being just one example, has operated this way for over 20 years with several separate and distinct villages withing the city of Phoenix. Each area has a different personality.
