    BNC National Bank will soon be the coolest bank in the Valley. In August, the Bismarck, N.D.-based bank will open a full-service branch inside the Alltel Ice Den, 9375 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale. The Ice Den is the training center of the Phoenix Coyotes, and is used for practice by nearly all other National Hockey League teams.
