Caroline Chilton was named Tuesday as the principal of Neely Traditional Academy for the remainder of the school year.
Neely Traditional Academy is hosting a sock drive Monday to Friday at the school, 321 W. Juniper Ave., Gilbert. The goal is to collect 2,000 pairs of new socks. The socks will be donated to Shoebox Ministry, which distributes packages to the homeless and working poor. Socks can be dropped off at the front office.
