Scottsdale comedian Mark Cordes will pay tribute to man’s best friend Wednesday during the annual Comedy for Canines. The fundraiser will benefit the Animal Rescue Center and Agnes Fund for Pets, which helps pet owners with HIV care for themselves and their pets.
