PBS was not yet a network when KAET-Channel 8 began broadcasting in 1961, and the high definition programs that you now expect from Eight - Arizona PBS are a far cry from those early days of black and white images and monaural sound.
Music is a big part of the programming on KAET-TV Channel 8. February is no exception, with diverse musical offerings including Etta James, bluegrass, ballroom dance, John Fogarty and folk legend Pete Seeger.
