    Chandler Mayor Jay Tibshraeny is kicking off the second year of his "listening tours" starting Jan. 10. The event is hosted by the city's Neighborhood Advisory Committee, which worked with Tibshraeny last year to host meetings in locations across the city. During the tour, city staff will provide information about city services to residents and listen to concerns that need the city's attention.
