    Fred Arnett has served as your Constable for the past 11 years. Fred is also a Peace Officer in the State of Arizona and is known in the community to be "Firm but Fair". Not only does Fred have a perfect service record as your constable but has also rescued 100's of abandoned animals as well as assisted several homeless persons, battered women, abused children, and those with physical and mental disorders to get the urgent help and resources they desperately needed. Fred also has launched an initiative to protect the property rights of West Mesa residents Please join me by voting to keep Fred Arnett as your Republican Constable on Aug. 24th.

After hitting Washburn over the head, they were carrying his body to throw it down a well when they realized he was still alive.     MIAMI - Forecasters say Hurricane Fred has formed in the eastern Atlantic Ocean with winds at 75 mph (120 kph) and is expected to strengthen. The National Hurricane Center said Tuesday night that the Category 1 hurricane is about 445 miles (715 km) west-southwest of the southernmost Cape Verde Islands and moving west near 12 mph (19 kph). It is the second named hurricane of the season.
