    The Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office formally announced this morning the indictment of Paul Knutson, a former science teacher at Scottsdale’s Chaparral High School accused of having sex and doing drugs with a female student at the school in 1983 and 1984 when she was 16 and 17.
