    Manuel Cruz is the Democratic candidate for Arizona State Mine Inspector. He has fifteen years of experience as an Explosives Engineer, Safety Director, and Miner, and has worked in mines all over the state of Arizona. He has been trained and certified in Mine Safety, and also has OSHA, MSHA, and HAZMAT training. His mission is to help Arizona become the safest and best mining state in the nation.
