The president of the Mesa Police Association, who contends he was falsely accused of being untruthful during an eight-month internal affairs investigation, says he will not sue the city.
The president of the Mesa Police Association said he is “weighing all his options” to possibly pursue a lawsuit against the city in the aftermath of an internal investigation he claims violated his rights and was racially motivated.
