LOS ANGELES - Chris Rock testified at a private eye's racketeering trial Friday that he hired the man to investigate a model who demanded money after claiming she was pregnant with his baby, and who later accused him of sexual assault.

Chris Rock, much more famous at this point for acting gigs in movies like "Head of State" and this year's "I Think I Love My Wife," is returning to his stand-up roots - including the Dodge Theater in Phoenix.

STATESBORO, Ga. - A woman who claims Chris Rock is the father of her child is withdrawing a lawsuit filed last month in Georgia and will refile it in New York, according to a published report.

NEW YORK - In Chris Rock's new film, he plays a mustachioed, bespectacled banker. He's often funny, but just as often serious and self-examining. It's a realistic film adapted from the 1972 French classic "Chloe in the Afternoon."
