    A new gated housing community in Mesa will open its models for the public this weekend. Woodside Homes’ Lindsay Park’s grand opening celebration will be 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 2565 E. Southern Ave., Mesa, and will include a barbecue with food from Famous Dave’s BBQ. The development includes one- and two-story homes ranging in space from 1,110 to 1,932 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Prices start in the low $100,000 range. Design and finance experts — and barbecued ribs and chicken — will be available.
