    Welcome to the world, Weston, Addison, Brynlee and Cambria. The Cluff quadruplets arrived Wednesday, a bit early, at Banner Children’s Hospital in Mesa, with their birth beginning at 4:19 p.m. At 31 weeks of gestation, all weighed in at more than 3 pounds and are doing fine in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit.
