Fourth of July “Night of Stars” ’50s Celebration - Living Word Bible Church, 3520 E. Brown Road, (480) 964-4463. Annual Fourth of July fireworks and carnival 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesday. Fireworks display starts at 9 p.m. Free.

21st annual Fabulous Phoenix Fourth - Steele Indian School Park, 300 E. Indian School Road, (602) 534-3378. Watch the largest aerial fireworks show in the Southwest, four stages of bands, a carnival with games and rides 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday. Free.
Twilight Camp and Fireworks - Phoenix Zoo, 455 N. Galvin Parkway, (602) 273-1341. Enjoy a barbecue dinner, animal encounters, a trail hike and watch the Tempe fireworks from the great zoo view 5:30 to 10 p.m. Tuesday. $4-$10.
QUEEN CREEK

Planned activities include water slides, rock climb, bouncies, miniature golf, train rides, carousel, games, live entertainment, food and the third largest fireworks display in the Valley 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday. Fireworks start at 9 p.m. $10 per car load. $10 for wristbands for rides.
SCOTTSDALE
Good Old-Fashioned Fourth of July Picnic - Chaparral Park, 5401 N. Hayden Road, (480) 312-2771. Free family activities like tug of war, three-legged races, gunny sack races, arts and craft projects and more. Participants can bring their own food to grill, fixing will be provided. Fireworks - The Scottsdale Railroad and Mechanical Society sponsors a fireworks show at the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, 7301E. Indian Bend Road at 9 p.m. Live music with Chuckie Baby and the All Stars at 7:30 p.m. Today. Free.

Bell ringing ceremony - American Legion Post 2, 2125 S. Industrial Park Ave.. The American Legion's bell ringing ceremony where everyone can ring “Tempe's Liberty Bell” 10 a.m. Tuesday. Free.
July 4th Tempe Town Lake Festival - Tempe Town Lake, Rio Salado Parkway and Mill Avenue, (480) 350-5189. Event features the SRP 55th Annual Fireworks Spectacular, live music, inflatable Kids' Ride Village, vendors, and water fun and games for the family 4 to 11 p.m. Tuesday. $8 or $15 for two, under 12 are free.
