Weren’t we just talking about Halloween? Well, now, Thanksgiving is here, and that, of course, means parades.

“Today” stars Meredith Vieira, Matt Lauer and Al Roker will be the voices of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, kicking off at 9 a.m. Thursday on NBC.

The event begins at 77th Street and Central Park West and wind down to Broadway. Broadcast on NBC since 1948, the parade is an institution on Thanksgiving.

“Early Show” personalities Maggie Rodriguez and Dave Price will headline the 49th annual Thanksgiving Day Parade at 9 a.m. on CBS. “Ghost Whisperer” co-star Jamie Kennedy will serve as a roving reporter, talking to the masses lining the streets to see the huge balloons and celebrities. Reba McEntire will perform as well as the casts from “West Side Story,” “Ragtime” and “Dreamgirls.”

And so what do we do after we wake up from our turkey-induced naps and the parades and football games are over?

Syfy — the network formerly known as the Sci-Fi Channel — will be running a marathon of James Bond movies, beginning with “Dr. No” at 8 a.m. Thursday and continuing until 4 a.m. Saturday.

Comedy Central will use the holiday to rerun popular standup specials from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Starting at 8 p.m., the channel will theme the entire prime-time line-up to “The Jeff Dunham Show” and his standup celebration, “Jeff Dunham’s Very Special Christmas Special.”

Other highlights from Nov. 22-28:

“A Smoky Mountain Christmas” (2 p.m., Hallmark Channel). Dolly Parton plays a country superstar who seeks isolation and ends up meeting a cabin full of kids and a kindly stranger in this re-airing.

“American Music Awards” (8 p.m., ABC). It’s the music award no one cares if they win, but stars show up anyway.

“The Cleveland Show” (8:30 p.m., Fox). Cleveland prepares for his first Thanksgiving with his new family when his mom, dad and aunt show up to cause trouble.

“Bill Engvall: Aged and Confused” (9 p.m., Comedy Central). The “Blue Collar Comedy” star gets his own standup special in which he mulls keeping up with life as he grows older.

“Surviving the Holidays with Lewis Black” (8 p.m., History). In this two-hour comedy special, Black looks back at what transformed Christmas from a quiet holiday celebration to a big headache for many.

“Dancing with the Stars” (8 p.m., ABC). The winner for this season is announced.

“Ben 10: Alien Swarm” (7 p.m., Cartoon Network). Ben and his friend Ella go against the rules to stop an alien invasion of Earth.

“Say Yes To The Dress: Nightmares and Dreams” (9 p.m., TLC). This insider’s look at the series “Say Yes To The Dress” shows more footage of insane mothers of the bride and brides who go crazy planning the perfect wedding.

“VH1 Storytellers: Foo Fighters” (11 p.m., VH1). The rock band performs its greatest hits and tells the tales behind them.

“Beyond Sherwood Forest” (9 p.m., SyFy). A new spin on the Robin Hood story includes magic and adventures in alternate dimensions.
