Chandler names Neighborhood Resources leader

Jennifer Morrison, Chandler’s sustainability manager, was selected to take over the city’s Neighborhood Resources Division.

Morrison, 48, replaces Judith Register, who retired last month. Morrison will receive a salary of $120,000 a year and will oversee neighborhood programs, code enforcement and community development.
