K. Hovnanian Homes buys 51 lots

K. Hovnanian Homes said it has purchased 51 finished single-family home lots in the gated community of Vintage Villas in Chandler.

The property was sold to K. Hovnanian Homes by Dorado Drive Properties LLC and will be renamed The Estates at Vintage Villas.

The home sites are located north of Willis Road between Price and Dobson roads, south of Loop 202.

The development is scheduled to open in mid-2010 with one model home available for tours in late June or early July. Five single-level floor plans will be available ranging up to 3,250 square feet, said Andy Pedersen, regional director of marketing for K. Hovnanian Homes.

Prices are yet to be determined, he said.
